Pursue my mission. Lead by example and compassion, not by rules, commands.
Be proactive and take full responsibility. I realize that the only competition that I have is myself and my biggest obstacle is me.

Always take the blame and give credit. Take responsibility as "I" and accept accomplishments and successes as "We".
